Sounds to me like your fuel pump is going bad, messing with the temperature sending unit may trick the car into thinking it is cold and sends more fuel try putting fuel injector cleaner in then check the fuel pump.

No mater if the jeep is hot or cold it does not start easily. I noticed that it starts a little better with the temperature sending unit disconnected ( the rear one on the manifold ). I have replaced the temperature sending unit a few times and I don't think I am getting the right one even from the dealer, the one I get looks just like the one by the thermostat housing is there a difference between the two? I have changed the spark plugs, cap and rooter, air filter even tried another computer. What do I do?

Definately check your timing. Also might want to check/replace your spark plugs & wires if they've been in there for a while.
