the vehicle has plenty of power, doesn't burn oil, runs great, but when at idles it knocks, somewhat loud too. This only happened after doing a oil change. i used conventional, which what was in it before the oil change. vehicle has 200,000 miles. always had 3000 mile oil changes back to 120,000(farthest record i have). Is The motor just shot?
