My 95 chevy blaizer loses power when I go up hill and I can't figure out what it could..

...be.? I've had the battery,plugs and wires,the ERG valve,The o2 sensor and some other things replaced. Also i've hooked it up to a computer and it passed. So I have no idea what it could be?
