My 95 Buick Regal won't turn over?

I had no problems with my car until I gave someone a boost and then every time I started my car after that it turned over weaker and weaker but once started no problems. It got to the point were it wouldn't turn it over. At that time I tried to boost my car directly to the battery but it wouldn't help so I boosted it through the aux power bolt and it started right away and I didn't have any more problems with it after that and it started perfectly every time. A month has past but stupid me thinking nothing of it I gave someone else another boost and it started all over again. But this time around it will not start no matter how I boost it. When I turn the key the lights turn on and there is no clicking from the starter there is no sound to be exact.

I bought a new battery thinking that was the problem but its not. I've been told by someone who is not a mechanic that its a wiring problem to my starter. Someone please help me. Any and all suggestions are appreciated
 
it could be a bad fusible link.. a fusible link is a wire that acts like a fuse and burns out if there is too much amperage draw on the battery (like jump starting a lot) you can find it by tugging on the little wires that go to the starter.
