My 94 honda accord intermittently won't start?

I have changed the fuel pump, main relay and the ignition switch. The engine turns over but won't start. No power to the fuel pump. Pump fuse under dash has power (12v)but not the starter signal fuse when key is turned on. Spark plug wire have spark. Could it be the crank position sensor. I need a clue. Thanks
