after it failed the 1st time i changed the oil did a complete tune up (cap, rotor, plugs, wires, pcv valve) also cleaned out the throttle body. second test failed, results were somewhat lower but not good enough. car has 213k miles, any help on what to do to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. I also checked the O2 sensor and the readings were in spec
