The fuel pump is working cause when i try to start the car I smell fuel. I'm not getting fuel through the regulator as far as I can tell. I disconnected the small hose but there is not fuel coming out when i turn the key. Is this normal? Could the main relay cause this problem?
My 93 honda accord is getting spark and no fuel. Please help.?
