My 93 Chevy lumnia shuts off when I come to a stop.?

My 93 Chevy lumnia shuts off when I come to a stop the Anti lock brake light and the emergency break light comes on and off. I just had the fuel pump replaced and two of the injector tracks replaced. I put it on the road to blow out the injectors (500 miles) What could be the problem?
