My 91 honda crx is overheating?

Uh. That's VERY weird... Does it overheat still when you turn on a/c? When turning on a heater, the car heater will actually make the car even more hotter...
Goto a Honda dealer.
 
It over heats when I jump on the freeway going 70 mph after like about 10 mins? But the Temp goes down when I turn on heater?

When I drive on the stop and go it doesnt?
The fluids are in good level
