my 88 chevy 1500 4x4 just started almost bouncing while speeding up just over 60km

and slowing down is worse? when im accelerating soon as i hit 60km it starts slightly and gets worse and worse to te point of almost bouncing side to side it feels like.and while slowing down it gets worse.it just started today and also started howling from front end?any suggestions would help alot
 
There are a couple of things... check the front end alignment, make sure the tires are balanced.... those would be the two cheapest fixes. If those aren't it, you may be losing an axle
