My 87 Buick Regal makes a squeaking noise with the heater or rear defroster on.?

I have an 87 Buick Regal and when I put on the heat or rear defroster it makes a squeaking noise, but only when I put my foot on the gas (just coasting its quiet)When I first got the car it made a loud squeaking noise all of the time even if the heat etc was off..so I replaced the water pump and alternator belt, it made it quiet and now when the heat or rear defroster is on it makes the noise...I dont know what this could be? If it helps it also squeaks when I first start it for about 5 seconds if I havent used it all day with the heat off or on.
 
Tighten the drive belt tensions, the belts have stretched. Chance you have a pulley bearing starting to go bad. Try the belt adjustment 1st.
