So I got a rebuilt starter motor put on. I saw that the motor actually started when he did a test. All my fuses are fine. I used my multimeter to check the line from the starter to the battery and it checked out O.K. The battery was just charged and has been checked. Now when I turn the key on and the switch to run, everything clicks like it's suppose to, when I press the start button, nothing happens except the clicking sound coming from the starter relay. The light are working, tickers are fine. I'm confused, I've read the manual enough to almost memorize it front to back, please help.
