He's had watery eyes pretty much since birth; the doctor told me to clean his eyes with water and he gave me some drops. Now a few weeks have passed and his eyelids are red (not swollen) and he still has watery eyes, especially when he wakes up. Any idea on what this could be and what I should do?
My 47 day old baby's eyelids are red, what could it be?
