My 44 year old sister in law has just been fired from her missionary job (again) in

Germany.? She is on her way home to Australia and wants to stay indefinitely ( yet again) with her parents.She is very difficult to live with and it is always stressful for her parents, but they love her and feel badly.
What should they do??
 
She's using them as a crutch. They shouldn't let her do that. She's old enough to be making decisions on her own and dealing with her own problems.
There is such a thing as "elder abuse" (not sure if it applies in your area) but if she's not paying anything to live with them, she's definitely taking advantage...
 
What is the prob with this young Missionary? how does one get fired from serving as a Missionary? I'm thrown by this one.
 
Assist her into a flat of her own and make sure that she can get a job. If not ask her to go into college and get some training so that she can support herself.
