While changing channels, the TV froze on a blank screen. It will no longer recognize the remote control or the controls on the TV. I have tried unplugging it, letting it sit for awhile, turning it back on, but it didn't change. I also tried unplugging the cable cord and plugging it back in, but that did not change anything. Is there a way to reset the TV?
