My 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK is making a metal on metal noise...?

It only happens when driving/accelerating. The vehicle does not shake, vibrate, etc. It feels the same as the day I bought it 2 years ago. I've been thinking the catalytic converter/exhaust system? Any ideas?
