My 2007panasonic radio flashes on & off, i changed the wires but i just cant

seem to find the problem, ideas? it's really starting to drive me crazy,
i checked the fuse, it's fine,
checked the wiring, plus changed it & the connector, it's fine
i have no other ideas on what to do
help please?
