My cousin flipped it going up a steep hill and kinda crushed the front end. We've had a hard time down shifting it when we got to it and now it won't do it at all. It will up shift no problem and we can down shift manually. Its just the button on the handle bars. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Thanks.
