My civic keeps running hot while i am in stop and go traffic. I have replaced the thermostat and also watched to see if the cooling fan is cutting on when it starts running hot and it does but only for about 5 sec or so and does not move the temp. down. i also see steam coming for the radiator cap? what do could be my problem???
