my 2005 ford escape has 2 troulble codes 192 and193...what do i need to fix it?

my book says one code is for rich fuel rail condition and one is for a lean fuel rail condition.I turned the check engine light off..but it came back on 3 days later.Whats the probable cause of this condition?..thanks
