My 2004 Dodge Stratus SE Won't Start.?

I just bought the car 2 days ago, drove it, parked it and now it will not start. The battery does need changed but car won't start even with a jump.Tried to use starter fluid.Didn't make a difference. The car clicks and wants to start but sputters and fails to run.Ran beautifully before parked and was driven with care.Going to switch out the battery tomorrow. Was told that could either be the Cam Sensor,Timing Belt, Frozen fuel line,a different sensor,or the battery. The car was used minimally for about 6 months. It has 116,500 miles.I'm losing my mind over this and need to know if someone has ever had this problem before or has an idea of what might be wrong.

well it sounds like ur either not getting enough power or ur not geting any at all get the best battery u can afford with the most cold cranking amps u can get cca 4 short and try taking the starter out and take it to auto zone and they will check it only do that if the batt dont work good luck
