My 2003 Pontiac Aztek has no power to anything. ?

My Key is stuck in the ignition, I have no power to anything. I checked all of the fuses as well as tried to run jumper cables directly to the under the hood fuse box 12v imput (just in case the battery was dead). Nothing works. I am completly lost. Can someone tell me what they think it is. I have read it could be a body control module or a power control module. If you think that is what it is can you tell me where they are located? any help is greatly appreciated.
the battery is perfect. I have done all of the basic things one would when these types of issues arise. I need some technical expertise.
 
clean your battery cables first thing to do remove them bush with wire bush replace tighten
