My 2003 Honda Pilot Makes a Vibrating sound sometimes?

It only happens every once and a while but it happend more when it snows..Dont know if the street not level or the tires rubbing againt the panel
 
It is the heater blower
The ANC will re-activate itself when you turn the ignition back on. So, we just quickly press the 1, 6, and power buttons on the radio (when off), hit #1 for the noise to first amplify, then hit #1 twice more to activate then fully de-activate the ANC. (more complicated to write than to do)
