When I turn they key, there is a sound of rapick clicking. The lights on the dash are on. I checked the battery: 12.4 volts. I tested continuity from the battery to the starter - no problems there. I took the starter out and brought it to a store for 'testing'. It failed (it sounded like a reeeeaaaaalllly weak blender). So I bought a new one. I installed it, tested for continuity from the battery - check. Turn the key to start the engine: rapid clicking AGAIN... Tested battery: 12.4 volts. Not sure what to do next...???
My 2003 Honda Civic LX won't start. Only rapid clicks.?
