My 2003 Ford ZX2's heater is blowing cold air, and also the thermostat never shows

my car warming up? it alwasy reads cold, the air blows cold, and it is kind of leaking anti freeze. i put in radiator stop-leak and the antifreeze didnt leak as much, i went from filling it every day, to filling it every other week. Is it a headgasket??? is it the thermostat??? is it a leaky hose??? HELP!!!!!
