...wrong & How do I fix? The water in my radator is a milky red. added transmission fluid cause it was out and when I checked it again was gone.
 
You have a crack/leak in your radiator. It needs to be replaced (moderate difficult) or repair the crack (pretty difficult).

This is only if you have an automatic transmission.
 
replace the radiator.. but dont drive it until you do ... water mixed with transmission fluid will seriosly damage the transmission .. i wuld highly suggest getting the transmission flushed afterwards .
 
Your radiator is cracked. The transmission cooler is built into the radiator. Replace the radiator. You will probably need to change the transmission fluid and filter as well since you ran it low on fluid. That would be the safest thing to do.
