My turn signals blink fast ONLY when my headlamps are on, and only work properly when my headlamps are off. also when i press my brakes the turn signal stops blinkings, but the the little flashers on the instrument panel light up, both of them, and once i release the brakes, it will continue to blink only the side i have my turn signal switched to. I checked all my light bulbs and there all fine. The hazards works fine.
