My 2003 Apex television is cutting of the corners of the picture-help!?

It cuts of the four corners of the screen-how do I fix this?

On the back of the TV it says
Apex
Model No. PF3220
Chassis No. CH16CD
Power Source: 120Vac 60Hz
Rated Power Consumption: 170W
Serial No: DF070813951
And it says it was made in June 2003. Anyone know?
