I have replaced my radiator and thermostat. My coolant level is perfect. I have no leakage from my water pump and my fans turn on. My car runs fine when I am driving at a normal speed, however when I am stopped at a light, or going very slow in traffic which is every day (I live in Los Angeles), my temperature starts to go up and fast. I have been driving around with the heater on which has helped the car stay normal but it doesn't always work. Also when I am stopped and I have my heater on, all my heat goes away and it starts blowing cold air out. Any help or ideas on what the problem is would be gratefully appreciated
Yes my fan seems to be working fine and I hear it come on. I have gotten out of my car and just had it running and the fans will be on but the temperature is still getting hotter
