my 2001 Pontiac GrandAm keeps telling me Low on Coolant I checked it and it has

water full of water? so I stopped into Autozone they put it on the little hand held machine and it read everything is fine but I can plainly see the low coolant light on So i replaced the Coolant Sensor and now it still does the same thing but when u shut off the engine it sucks the water down about 10 minutes after you shut it off . I checked the tail pipes no water is blowing out no water is on the ground anywhere and no water in the oil. The radiator is self contained the Transmission is self contained and theres not even a dipstick to check the fluids for the transmission fluids. what could be causing this issue
