My 2001 Ford Mustang for a 1993 Honda DelSol! Would it be a fair trade?

My car has a few issues - http://cleveland.craigslist.org/cto/1432402123.html - And I have been trying to trade or sell it forever. The DelSol is in good condition, is a manual, and has airshocks! It is the first trade offer I got excited about. Do you think it is a fair trade? I have been trying to get a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX or an Eagle Talon TsI AWD
 
In my opinion settling for a Del Sol when you want a GSX or Talon is not gonna make you happy. Two reasons being the Del Sol is neither turbo charged nor AWD. They can be peppy but if you know your want one of the cars you listed try and get the money and then put that towards the car you really want instead of just settling for something. Besides I don't think a Del Sol even has a back seat, which might not sound like an issue but it will most likely get annoying.
