For an engine to fire/start you need:
1. compression
2. fuel
3. Spark
You should have compression unless something broke inside the engine.
You should have fuel IF your fuel filter is not clogged, your fuel pump is running properly (you should hear it near the gas tank when you turn the key on), and if your computer is telling your injectors to work.
You should have spark unless your coil pack has gone bad.
Do you smell gas near the top of your engine? Have you noticed any performance issues before the no start? These are all things to look for.
