...happening. I just bought? the battery 2 months ago. Also the lights, horn and radio are working perfectly. Where should I start looking for the problem?
hit starter with hammer a couple time try to start it. if it starts replace starter soon. it will work for a little bit after doing this but not a permanent fix
Make sure all the wires to the starter are connected, Take a look at the starter solenoid too and make sure it's connected properly and that it works. You can short it with the ignition on and energize the starter. First check the fuses and the fusable link connected on the battery (+) post.
If its clicking, then your battery is dead. If nothing at all.. It could be anything.
Do the lights/radio dim when you turn the key over?
If they do, its the battery.
You could just not have a good contact or ground with the battery, I've seen that a ton of times.
i would say to separatete the steering column the plastic that is and tere is a metal shaft about as big as a pencil. if you take some pliers and push it dontoward theardthe fire wall with the key on then you should get something if not email me and we will try something else [email protected]
