My boyfriend and a mechanic went through all the basic mechanic procedures from the new battery, starter, alternator, but my car still wont crank. If it is the alarm because I have a red light on my dash that cuts on when i try to turn it on. If its because of the alarm that my car wont crank, how do i deactivate that.
When i first noticed the problem i started the car in the morning and it hesitated when i cranked it up but i was able to drive to my work but my alarm light was on the whole time. When i got off work and i cranked i cranked my car up again and when i went to pull off, my car cut off. My heat and radio was still working. so i cut that off and started it again but it did not cut on anymore.
