my 2000 dodge intrepid 2.7 will not start..?

i changed the starter got a new battery new battery terminals and still wont start.i put my car into neutral yesterday and got it to start took it around the block no problems.so i planed on waiting till the morning and then taking it to have the obd-2 codes checked.well i come out in the morning and it wont even start in neutral it still cranks but not turn over (not run or or sputter any thing just crank) some one told me it could be my oil pump position sensor circuit but i don't know any thing about that any help ideas would be very help full don't really have to much money so can get it towed to shop.. any ideas let me know
