MY 2000 CADILLAC DEVILLE wont start!!!?

When I turn the key theirs no sound at all.The windows, locks,trunk release,gas door release and my alarm all stopped working to.This has happened in the past but after sitting for a few days it just started right up, it worked for a few days and now its dead again. I tried 3 different keys , the battery is brand new,i figured it might be the starter but how would that affect the windows and things. Has this happened to anyone else. Can anyone help?
 
The alternator keeps the battery at a consistent charge, when she is gone the battery can't keep enough voltage. It could be the batter wires or a dirty connection.
 
dead battery maybe? it may be brand new but, you have no power. bad starter or alternator would not impact the flow of power to your windows
