Ok... I had 5 mg Letrozole this cycle from D-3 to D-7....on D-11, dominant follicle was like 18 mm and lining=7.5 mm...on same D-11 and next D-12, I had cramps....on D-13, Doc. told me that ur follicle has already been ruptured & disappeared from ovary and lining is 9 mm.....she asked me to have sex on the same day D-13...But I had it on D-14 night and then on D16 & D17 and never before ovulation..... I could feel the cramps after D12 as well till D-15.... I think, egg lives for max 24 hours....As per Doc., I would have ovulated on D12 and had sex on D-14.....what are my chances? I am wondering, when follicle gets ruptured during ovulation..how much time it does take to travel down the fallopian tube and to meet semen.....24 hours include all this or it is just the live span of egg in fallopian tube which is ready there for fertilization?....any suggestions...!
