my 1999 dodge ram 1500 van will not accelerate over 20 mph?

oil change and filter,new plugs,wires, distributor cap and rotor ,iac valve,crank shaft sensor ,new starter
5.9L engine
no engine light any more,did scan nothing, accept when iac valve was bad,reset after that was fixed and nothing comes up
ok. now it wont start again it was starting right up for a few days now it doesn't want to, turns over but wont start
