My 1999 dodge grand caravan won't start!?

When you put the key in ignition and try to start it will click. Won't make noise as if it's trying to crank. The radio, heater, and windows still work. On the dash the alarm set light is on even after it's turned off with the factory keyless entry remote. It's done this once before and after sitting for about 4 hours it started just fine. The battery was tested and it's fine. HELP!
Ive tried to jump the van off still nothing. Also the first time you try it will start then stall immediately then after it will do the click
 
If you only have one click while trying to start the car you may have a starter problem or battery connection problem. Usually a theft problem will cause car to turn over but not start. I think you should start with the connections at battery and starter to make sure they are good. If so, have the starter checked. Hope this helps.
