My 1998 Chevrolet Camaro's dash lights went out. What's the problem?!?!?

It's the base model, 3.8L V6. I just installed new halo headlights and to power the halo's, I cut the fog light wires and integrated the halo wires so that I could use the fog light switch to turn them on and off. It was working fine after this. Then today, I installed a new aftermarket stereo and since then it hasn't worked. I can see the warning lights, (i.e. e-brake, service engine, seatbelt, etc.) but the glow that makes it so you can see the guages at night won't come on. The digital odometer is also off. What the heck happened!?!?!??!?!?!
 
You blew the dashlight fuse installing the Radio.

your "Look at me, I`m so cool trying to be like a BMW" lighting effects had nothing to do with it.
