from a stop or while moving?? My 1997 Toyota Camry LE tends to knock or hesitate when accelerating hard either from a stop or while moving.

The car has almost 250k miles and, to my knowledge, has never had a tune up.

Will a tune-up help correct this issue? How much should I expect to spend?
