my 1997 dodge intrepid is hard starting. spark plugs and high tension wires were

replaced with new sets.? same problem after plugs and wires were changed. it is starting, but it takes too much cranking time b4 the engine run. yesterday i replaced the fuel pump with 2nd hand which accdg to the seller still very good condition. SAME problem! HARD starting. PLS! HELP!
