We have had the alternator checked (it's good) and replaced the alternator belt, battery, starter cylinoid, and starter. It tries to turn over with the new parts, but it still won't. A friend of ours looked at it and said the starter was smoking. Any ideas what the real problem could be? It's a new starter, and I don't want to buy another one and have the same problem.
