I have a no start issue...I can hear the fuel pump cycle. I tested the coil had power to the coil but no power out so I replaced the coil. New coil same problem. I removed the ignition control module and took it to Napa they tested 7 times between 2 people and the test came back that the module is ok. I have checked all my wires for worn or broken spots cannot find any problem with the wires. My neighbor put his code scanner on the vehicle and the only code was p1351. If any one can suggest what I might try next I would grateful. Last year at this same time I replaced the fuel pump, battery and starter.I have checked all of the fuses in the fuse panel they all test out ok. Also 2 days prior to the no start I started it but it was a hard start didn't want to fire right up. I have been told anything from the crank sensor, cam sensor, timing chain which makes no sense as the coil I believe should still have power coming from it to the ignition control module being bad even when they did the test. I am currently unemployed so just throwing money at it isn't a option but need the vehicle as it is my only vehicle.
Here is some additonal information. I put the key in ignition the fuel pump does it cycle the car turns over but will not start. I will check the distributor tomorrow to see if is turning.
