my 1996 chevy 1500 z71 350 vortec will not run right PLEASE HELP!?

i have changed spark plugs wires rotor and cap crank shaft sensor cam shaft sensor checked all pistons for compression all pistons good 140lbs or higher did a fuel pressure test i have 60lbs of pressure sprayed starting fluid all around the intake for a leak no leak has new map sensor the check engine light keeps comeing on and says code P0341 witch is Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance the cam retard is on 0 when runinng at 1000 rpms The truck runs like crap pops out of the exhuast spits and sputters and shakes someone plese help
