My 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix Doors won't open from the outside.?

We just recently had a blizzard so my car is completely frozen. Now the drivers side and passenger side doors won't open from the outside. I was able to get them open but this fresh bought of snow has caused the doors to malfunction. The lock is unlocked but the latch won't pick up from the door. I'm unable to get into the car at all to open from any angle. Is there anyway I can get the back doors open without having to get into the car. Or get any of the doors open without busting out the window.
 
do you have triple a? if so call them they can unlock and open the doors from the outside.if not call a local tow company. they will have the tools to get in. you probably broke your door handles very common on that model car.
