My 1995 Dodge Avenger (V6) won't start or even turn over?

takes three things to make a car start. Fuel, fire and air. If you checked the fire part (battery and starter) then it's something with the fuel/air mixture. i'm not a mechanic, but I would try fuel lines and pump. Good luck
 
Early this winter my Avenger was having issues with starting (not even turning over) a few times, then I'd try again, and it would start. I parked it for the winter (due to need for four wheel drive) and now I am working on it. I know it's not the battery, as I get power to everything. Just not the turn over. Checked the starter next. It's good. No problem with fuses... at a loss as to what it is. If anyone can help, that'd be excellent. Thanks so much
