my 1994 jeep grand cherokee start kinda of slow and wont run properly?

first ill begin by saying JEEP SUXSSSSS, especially a 2wd. i runs okay until i get to about 20mph and sometimes it seems like its stuck and the car stutters to gain speed.. i tuned it up and it ran fine but now itkeeps stuttering. i know i have a broken transmission mount but is this the true source of my issues

might be exhuast system plugged or fuel system dirty
