My 1994 Dodge Dakota 4X4 Makes a strange sound, Like a "RATTLE SNAKE" or

Shuffling Cards when changing gears..? it is an automatic, has very low miles on it, (80k) it a very "CLEAN" Truck... It just had started making these noises, tranny fluid is good. Is up to the full mark as well. Don't smell burnt and is nice and red! Any Ideas as to what this sound might be?
