MY 1994 CADILLAC DEVILLE IS OVERHEATING OVERHEATING. WHAT`S THE PROBLEM?

new water pump thermostat radiator is about 8mths old.i`ve changed out all of the hoses and now it puts out white smoke but the oil isn`t milky
